This processor woke up my old 6 year old Emachine T6532 with an MSI motherboard. It is the fastest socket 939 processor they made. Your PC may need a BIOS upgrade to run it. Mine did not, but then I'd kept it up to date over the years. In addition to the processor, I upgraded my old, noisy EIDE disk to a new WD Green SATA disk. It is whisper quiet. I created three partitions on the new disk, one for Ubuntu Linux, one for Windows XP, and one for Linux swap. WD includes some software that allowed me to move the Windows from my old drive onto the new partition, so I didn't even have to reinstall Windows or any of my programs. The processor works great for both Linux and Windows. Windows recognized it and installed the necessary drivers and software automatically, which allows it to use the dual core functionality. So did Linux. Nice upgrade for the money, giving me a few more years out of this old machine. The system seems faster in Linux than Windows, but there's just some things you still need Windows to run.Read full review https://quantumpotent.weebly.com/blog/imol-040-free-download-for-mac.

Amd Athlon 64 X2 Ghz
Hi everyone,
I just installed the ASUS M3032 MVP Deluxe. This board features alot of ways to overclock the CPU as you all should know. Now, I am using AMD overdrive to try and find out what I can clock to, however I have one question. In AOD, I set my CPU voltage to 1.375, but in CPU-Z the voltage reads only 1.328. Why is this, everytime I bring the voltage up it seems like it doesnt go up. Also, in my BIOS the voltage is at 1.500. Can anybody help, I am new to this and just trying to learn the basics, but I'm really not understanding why it drops it back down. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
